The Green Acres Golf Club was established in 1948 and is built on the original site of the Willsmere dairy farm. Situated in tranquil bush surrounds and only 15 minutes from the Melbourne CBD the challenging course layout has seen dramatic improvement in recent years to become one of the premier golf courses on the Yarra River. Green Acres is renowned for being a welcoming and friendly Club and our clubhouse facilities provide the ideal surroundings for the relaxation and enjoyment of members and their guests.
Our 18-hole, 5935-metre layout is a challenge for golfers of all standards. The course is located in a unique, tranquil and enviable position on the banks of the Yarra River. The layout features tight tree-lined fairways with doglegs and water hazards. With Legend couch fairways and Bentgrass greens, the course presents itself in excellent condition all year round.
